FAQs

How do I prepare for a Party?

The only preparation you need to do is to prepare to have fun! Leave your worries at the door and relax!  
​This is entertainment and we want you to enjoy making your masterpiece!

How long does a Paint Party last?

T​he Party typically lasts two hours. This includes checking in and ordering food and drinks, if you want.

What should I wear?

We encourage you to wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and won’t mind if they get a drop of paint on them.
​Paint Party will provide you with an apron to protect your clothes.

What materials are used?

We only use clean, top-of-the-line materials:
  • Acrylic paint
  • 16” X 20” canvas
  • Paint brushes
  • Water cups
  • Aprons
  • Tablecloths

Is there a max number of tickets sold for each Party?

Yes. That number varies depending on venue. If you have a large group, we recommend hosting a private Party so you can select the venue,
​time and picture to be painted. Plus, the cost per ticket is lower!

Can my guest and I share a canvas?

Yes, two people can share a canvas. Each person will still need to purchase their own ticket to attend the Party.

Can I bring my own food?

If the Paint Party is held in a restaurant/bar/wine venue, please order drinks and food from the venue.  If the party is not held
in a restaurant/bar/wine venue, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

Should I tip the artist?

Tips are not necessary and up to your discretion.

​Can I get a refund for my ticket?

No. You can reschedule if it’s at least 48 hours before the event. If you wish to reschedule your party, please email PaintPartyForAll@gmail.com and include your name, party location, date of scheduled party and date you
wish to move to. ​You can move each reservation twice.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel up to 48 hours before a Party starts. There are no refunds, so you can pick a new Party date.
​There is a per-ticket rescheduling fee ($20).

Can I reschedule my Paint Party?

Yes. To reschedule at least 48 hours before the Party, you can email PaintPartyForAll@gmail.com or call Paint Party and include
​the information from your original reservation. There is a $20 rescheduling fee if it’s less than 48 hours.

Can I send someone for me?

Yes. If you are unable to make a Party, someone else can take your spot. Please have them let the artist know
at the Party ​that they are taking your spot.
